Collective Rates:  $12 to 35/ hour all times/ days

Artists and Non-Profit Rates:

M- F daytime/ evening     $18-35/ hour

Weekend day                    $25-$50/hour

Weekend evening            $40-75/ hour

Full Day Rate:  $400 (6 max hours), additional hours ($50/hour)

Eliot street is determined to reshape commerce of space.  We work with you, your budget, purpose and in keeping integrity of the worth of the space. 

Rental rates depend on details of type of use of the space   Some additional charges may apply.

Private Party and Business Basic Rates Rates:

M-F             daytime to 4pm:          $35/hour
M-Th           evening after 4pm:      $50 to $75 /hour
Weekend    daytime to 4pm:          $75 to $100/ hour
Weekend    evening after 4pm:     $100 to $150/hour

Full day rates:   6-8 hours              $500 to $800
Holidays:           6-8 hours              $600 to $1000
Holidays:           under 6 hours       $150/hour
